We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please contact us no later than 7 days after the date of receipt. Please note that all items to be returned in its original condition.

Returning Procedure

Please email us the purchase invoice of the returning product at asraf@rightgems.com. We will then email you with an acknowledgment message. 

Please ship back the product in the same box it was sent to you. Shipping details are as follows:

We will not be liable for any returning shipping charges (The charges will be deducted from the purchased amount). We strongly advice you to use a delivery method with tracking services when shipping.

Purchase Amount $500 - $30 (returning shipping charges) = $470 will be refunded in your account

Refunds

We will process your refund once the product has been received and inspected for its condition. The process of refund will take up to at least four (4) days from the date of returning receipt.
